Today’s top news:

  • Crypto majors are flat over the weekend but up 3-4% on week; BTC at $65k
  • Clarity Act vote will take place on Sept 15
  • Fomo App sets new record in revenue and fees, up 5x+ over past 6-8 weeks
  • Robinhood Chain sees big green as Cashcat rebounds 50% to $150M
  • FWA triples over the weekend as dev teases new pools, big buybacks

📈 Bitcoin ETFs See Biggest Inflows Since May

Spot Bitcoin ETFs pulled in roughly $854 million last week, their strongest week since the spring and their first genuinely large inflow since an eight-week outflow streak bled through June and early July. The ETH ETFs saw an even more impressive $244M in net inflows last week. On a market cap-adjusted basis, that’s equivalent to ~$1.25B in BTC inflows.

From a macro standpoint, the earnings from last week were largely positive. And the July jobs report missed badly, with the economy shedding 23,000 jobs against expectations of 80,000 gained, its first outright decline in months, even as unemployment ticked down to 4.1%. This combination led to a massive shift in the September rate hike odds, which fell from 67% to 42%, now an underdog.

Overall, it’s tough to get too excited in a week where BTC and ETH are up just 2%. But flows are coming back. It’s an important first step in officially putting the bottom in and turning this bear market around.

🌎 Macro Crypto and Markets

  • Crypto majors are mostly flat but 3-4% higher than last week; BTC even at $65k; ETH even at $1,916; SOL +1% at $77; HYPE +1% at $55.10
  • Top alt movers include WLD (+10%), JTO (+10%) and PUMP (+7%)
  • Oil +1% at $79.30; Gold even at $4,400
  • Stock futures are flat ahead of market open; DOW -0.1%, Nasdaq +0.2%
  • The Clarity Act will be voted on in the Senate on September 15th, though odds of passing in 2026 are still just 21%
  • The NYSE is building an onchain settlement platform for tokenized securities, following its role in the DTCC’s July tokenization pilot
  • Bitcoin’s “anti-spam” fork sputtered to a halt after mining just two blocks, as the BIP-110 chain split finally happened over the weekend but stalled within about eight hours, inheriting Bitcoin’s difficulty with almost no hashpower behind it
  • MARA sold ~23,093 BTC for $1.63 billion in H1 2026 at an average of ~$70,631 to fund operations, and borrowed another $600 million against 18,750 BTC from Coinbase and Two Prime, while still holding 35,577 BTC
  • Grayscale withdrew registration applications for its ADA, HBAR and DOT ETFs

Corporate Treasuries & ETFs

  • The Bitcoin ETFs saw $102M in net inflows on Friday and $865M on the week; the ETH ETFs saw $49.6M in inflows ($244M on the week)

Meme Coin Tracker

  • Meme leaders were mixed; DOGE even, SHIB +2%, PEPE +1%, PENGU +7%, TRUMP +1%, BONK +1%
  • Robinhood chain was led by Cashcat +40% to $150M, Pipedog +21% to $39M and PONS +40%
  • Solana leaders included TOAD running to $13M, Stonk +20% to $8M and KET +20%; ANSEM steady at $180M

💰 Token, Airdrop & Protocol Tracker

  • The Fomo App set a new weekly record for volume with $523M and fees with $3M, with both metrics up more than 5x over the past 6-7 weeks
  • Pump Fun’s PUMP token reached $2.8B in fdv, its highest level since January 2026 as the team leans more into social trading and becoming a Fomo App competitor
  • Zcash’s migration is now 60% complete and the Ironwood Pool is now 50% bigger than the Orchard pool

🚚 What is happening in NFTs?

  • NFT leaders were mostly flat; Punks even at 32.2 ETH, BAYC even at 8 ETH, Pudgy +4% at 3.95 ETH
  • Stonkbrokers soared over the weekend to 12.9 ETH, now 50% higher than Bored Apes and the #2 PFP by floor price behind Punks
  • New mint Mancers jumped another 50% to 1.28 ETH ahead of the product launch this week
  • FWA tripled over the weekend to $25M in market cap as founder Rhynotic teased new pools incoming and shared that 100 ETH in protocol revenue has already ben used to buy and burn FWA tokens
