In brief

  • Decrypt Money Accounts are now live on Solana, with balances in USDT and sponsoring gas for a seamless user experience.
  • One balance funds Earn, Swaps, Predictions and Perps, with no bridging or per-product deposits, and users can deposit funds using virtually any payment method.
  • The platform is self-custodial: Decrypt does not hold private keys and cannot transact on a user’s behalf.

Decrypt Money Accounts are now live on Solana, giving readers a single self-custodial balance that works across everything Decrypt builds, as it continues to roll out the infrastructure underpinning its financial and intelligence market The Information Exchange.

“Our goal is simple: one account, one balance, and access to every financial instrument, directly from where you already consume information,” said Ilan Hazan, co-founder of Decrypt. “From prediction markets to perpetual futures and swaps, users will be able to manage all their positions in one place, without worrying about wallets, bridges or chains. We’re working with leading protocols to make this possible, with partners to be announced in the coming weeks.”

Decrypt Portfolio – Prediction Market

Deposits and balances are held in USDT on Solana, with one balance funding every product on Decrypt: Earn, Swaps, Predictions and Perps, with Decrypt Takes and more to follow. Gas and rent are sponsored through fee-payer co-signing, so there is no need to hold SOL or to think about network fees at all. A user who deposits funds can start using the wallet immediately.

Decrypt Money Accounts are self-custodial, meaning that Decrypt does not hold private keys and cannot perform actions on anyone’s behalf. Private key export is coming shortly, after which they can be used with any Solana wallet software.

Cross-chain activity is handled underneath. Myriad Predictions markets settle on BNB Chain, for instance, but a user trades them from the same Solana USDT balance without touching a bridge or a second network.

Existing Myriad Wallet users can start using Decrypt Money Accounts immediately. The wallet that powered Myriad Predictions becomes Decrypt Money Accounts, so one account and one balance now cover both Decrypt and Myriad, with no migration required.

The platform is the rail beneath The Information Exchange, the financial and intelligence market built atop Decrypt, Myriad and the upcoming MYR token. Decrypt is the information layer; Myriad is the infrastructure that connects what readers learn to what they can act on, and MYR serves as the shared economic coordination layer atop Solana.

The Information Exchange is built around subjects, assembling reporting, data, prices and probabilities in one place, and the instruments attached to them are set to widen from prediction markets to spot, perpetual futures, structured event products and more. New features will be launched over the coming weeks, in a staggered rollout running into Solana Breakpoint.
