The American Enterprise Institute hosted a two-day conference on his work and his legacy featuring scholars, judges, former clerks, and family members. On the second day, I participated in a panel focused on originalism and textualism. Other panels focused on such topics as the separation of powers, religious liberty, and administrative law.
